I'm curious to hear his or anyone's thought on how this can propagate to the university's level while educating soon to be "real world" employees. I do not remember ever talking any courses closely related to such topics. In fact, my real world experience and newly acquired knowledge was mostly based around this subject. However, when I changed companies the environment and landscape also changed. Is there even a model that could satisfy every company and their software goals? Interesting talk.
