The URL for ICIS or the Student System, amongst others, will take you straight away to an authentication page, meaning you never see the page with the URLs http://icis.imperial.ac.uk/ (for ICIS) or http://ossprd.ad.ic.ac.uk:8400/oa_servlets/AppsLogin (for Student System), but instead when clicking on these URL, you land onto https://centsso.ad.ic.ac.uk/sso/pages/IClogin.jsp, which should not be saved as a favourite, as direct access to this URL is not allowed (error message: Error: Direct access to this page is not allowed.) and is not specific to the system you are accessing.
Instead, the easiest way is just to right click on the URLs above and select “Add to favorites”.
The second easiest way to save the ”ICIS Login Page” and/or “Student System Login Page”, go to the ICIS Pages (www.icis.ic.ac.uk), right click on the icon 
or 
, as select “Add to favorites”.

The student e-service is the system where your registration details are held. Here you can do things like edit your contact details, upload a College ID (CID) card photo ready for the start of term, register for the academic year, check your exam results and track the progress of any new applications you make.
Foreign students can upload their visa and other important documents.

If you are unable to access this site because you have forgotten your password, please go to https://www.imperial.ac.uk/ict/passwords.
If you have yet to activate your Imperial College username, please go to https://www.imperial.ac.uk/ict/activateaccount.

To access the student e-service you need to log in from the link below using your standard college username and password.
If you do not have this information, make sure you have first Activated your account. If you still don’t know your username and password, or have forgotten them, you may call the ICT Service Desk on 020 7594 9000.

After you have logged in to the student e-service you may update your personal details by clicking on either the “Personal Details” or the “Addresses” tab and update the details from there.
Make sure you choose to “Save the Changes” option once you have finished.
