An applicant has applied for a post outside of iRecruitment, I want them to re-apply via iRecruitment, what should I do

This FAQ is not relevant to job applicants
Provided there is sufficient time for the applicant to apply via iRecruitment before the closing date of the vacancy and that there is not a malfunction/problem with the system, you may wish to use one of the email templates to respond to their application. Please note that there are separate templates for external applicants and internal College applicants.
