Hi Kelvin,
If your referees are unable to provide institutional email addresses, they can submit letters of reference in hard copy. These letters should be on headed paper, signed and the envelopes officially sealed with the institution's seal.
The letters should be sent to the Registry, for the attention of the appropriate admissions team, details of which can be found at - http://www3.imperial.ac.uk/registry/abouttheregistry/contacts#admissions
It would be useful for your referees to include your CID reference number (which you will receive within 10 days of submitting your application) so that the admissions team can match the letters to your online application.
Best wishes

Please Sir,
My referees doesn't have institutional email address. Can they send the reference letters (on a letter headed paper) to the registry, via posting and duly signed, without the institutional email address?
