Can I pay my tuition fees in instalments?

August 11, 2010
by James Tilley

Home and EU undergraduate students can apply for a tuition fee loan to help fund all or part of the cost of their course, this loan will be paid directly to the College.  Applicants are advised to contact their LEA for further information.  Students who do not take out a tuition fee loan for the full cost of their course will be liable for payment of fees once they have registered; if the fees to be paid are greater than £350 these may be paid in two instalments, there is no charge for this facility.

All other students who are paying part or all of their tuition fees themselves (ie are not sponsored) may pay their fees by two instalments provided that the self-funding element of the fee exceeds £2,000.  A 4% facility charge is payable by those students opting to pay by instalment (the facility charge being payable with the first instalment).

Details of instalment dates will be provided at the commencement of each academic session.

Please see the Tuition fees webpage for full details of the College’s payment terms and details of how to pay.
