Before requesting a letter to open a bank account please ensure that your home and term-time addresses are up to date on Student e-Service.
Please note that we cannot issue a bank letter unless you include with your request the name and branch address of the bank where you will be opening the account.
Requests can be made in person at the Student Hub, on Level 3 of the Sherfield Building, or by emailing the Records team.
If you experience any technical difficulties or error messages when attempting to activate your account, or login to Student e-Service, please call the ICT Service Desk on +44(0)207 594 9000. Please remember to state your CID in all correspondence.
Please note that password information cannot be given out via email. If you are unable to call the ICT Service Desk for any reason, you can email them, however you will need to supply a contact telephone number as they will need to ring you back.

You should note, the ICT Service Desk can resolve the majority of enquiries over the telephone. This method of contact is much quicker if you require an immediate solution.
