Dr Paul Chadderton (Bioengineering) received a Young Investigator Award from the International Human Frontier Science Program Organisation in March 2012.
Dr Chadderton and his team will investigate brain activity in mouse models to understand in more detail the underlying principles behind working memory – verbal and non-verbal activity, such as reasoning and comprehension. This could ultimately lead to a greater understanding of human brain function.
