This very well equipped and decorated cottage is located in Duras, Dordogne, France. (Duras is between Bordeaux and Bergerac.) There are two double bedrooms and a roof terrace with table and chairs and parasol.
There is a TV to video system – numerous tapes of all varieties, music centre, a library of 400 books, games etc. Large pine farmhouse dining table at this end of living room. Wood-burning stove and radiators. Wrought iron stairway leads to kitchen with breakfast bar, two bedrooms and large shower room. Up again to enclosed roof terrace.
Duras has many shops and good restaurants, and has farmers market each Monday in the streets. The area around is rolling hills with farms nestling in lush valleys, lots of vineyards, fields of sunflowers and quaint villages where you can find restaurants tucked away and serving traditional menus.
Available all year round, and sleeps up to four people.
Rentals per week no ‘extras’ between £290 and £385 per week (winter- logs extra) with 10% discount to Imperial staff members.
