2 double bedroom North London garden flat for £800 pcm

February 16, 2011
by Katherine Bayliss

I am  looking for a tenant/tenants ASAP for our Victorian garden flat. Some photos are available here: http://picasaweb.google.com/clr1icl/PemburyRoad#. The postcode is N17 8LY.

Nearest public transport: Bruce Grove overground (20 minutes to Liverpool Street), or very frequent buses to Seven Sisters (Victoria line).

It is good for a cyclist – you can get to e.g. St Mary’s through Finsbury Park/Camden/the canal in 45 minutes or so. There is also free parking on the road for you and visitors.

The flat is currently part-furnished – I can provide furnishings as required by the tenant. I’m keeping the rent cheaper than market rent in return for a little tlc. The rent is£ 800pcm (the local norm is £900+ pcm for 2 bed).

It has 2 large double bedrooms, and is near Bruce Castle park and the nature reserves of Tottenham marshes (as well as Sainsbury’s & the Spurs ground). It is a spacious flat for one, or plenty of room for two friends sharing, and also a lovely flat for a couple. Pets welcome.

I use a three month rolling contract to allow time to find new tenants without tying  people in too harshly.

The current tenants are happy to show people around most times.

Please contact Claire Risley on 07890695594 if you like the sound of it.
