Room available in a flatshare in Westminster, right beside Westminster Cathedral.

Very quiet and safe area. Five minutes’ walk from St. James’ Park and Buckingham Palace. Ten minutes from Houses of Parliament. Two minutes’ walk from Sainsbury’s, Boot’s, banks, restaurants, etc. on Victoria Street. Five minutes’ walk from Victoria station, giving 24/7 connection to all major London airports. Fifteen minutes’ journey, door to door, from flat to Imperial College.

Flat equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer. Broadband connection in each room.

Looking for quiet, non-smoker, female PhD student or postdoc. Will be sharing flat with female researcher and male postgrad.

Available from 1st March to 30th June (or shorter) at £170 per week (bills not included).
