Would you be interested in taking part in our osteoarthritis research study?
We hope to improve early diagnosis and rehabilitation of knee osteoarthritis by studying movement patterns in the knee. We are looking for volunteers over 18 years with either no history of lower limb injury, those with a previous knee injury, or people diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis.
The study involves a one-off visit to Charing Cross Hospital, lasting about 2 hours. We will place markers on your pelvis and legs and ask you to perform maximum contractions of your leg muscles and some daily living tasks, e.g. walking and sit-to-stand.
