I am planning a sabbatical in London in 2012. We have a 4 bedroom house in Auckland, New Zealand, 10-15 minutes walk from St Heliers Beach and 15-20 minutes drive to the centre of the city and to the University of Auckland. We would be happy to swap it for a 1-2 bedroom apartment or house in London for between 6 weeks and 3 months, any time between March and November 2012. You would be welcome to use our car, bikes and kayaks and have access to a holiday house up the coast at Mangawhai Heads as well. Alternatively, we would be interested in renting. Thanks.
