Bright, fairly spacious double room. Clean. Furnished with wardrobes, bookcase, desk, chair, double bed, small bedside table. (Please note that this room is only available for one individual, i. e., single occupancy.)
The room is available as of now – there is however some flexibility regarding the moving-in dates.
Cosy, quiet, very clean, 3-bedroom flat, tidy, non-smoking.
Friendly, considerate, approachable flatmates; non-smoking, professionals (working full time Mon – Fri). Sociable as well as respecting of others’ privacy. Our interests lie in reading, classical music, keeping fit, the gym, German and French, walking, the arts, museums, the theatre, European cinema, current affairs, socialising and meeting friends (generally out and about, so there’s no worry there. It’s a quiet flat and not a party flat).
We are ideally looking for a friendly, considerate, responsible female, who will treat the place like their home. We would however consider males of a similar description too.
Bills and cleaner included. Rent is payable monthly, and includes all bills and weekly cleaner. There is an excellent, reliable, fast broadband connection in the flat too (wireless).
The location is excellent – centrally located, good connections (Underground and buses – nearest stations are West Brompton and Earl’s Court), shops close by, safe, quiet, fairly leafy!
