I have a double room to rent in my lovely house in Hendon. The house has a living room, open kitchen-dining, small garden and three bedrooms. I will be living in the house and hence looking for a nice and friendly person both short and long term.
The rent per month is £600 which includes all bills (gas, electricity, council tax, water), wireless internet, tv and a cleaner who would come very fortnight to clean the bathroom and kitchen. One month’s rent would be required as deposit.
The kitchen has dishwasher and washer/dryer etc. The house is located near Hendon Central tube station (northern line zone 3) which provides quick access to central London. The train station of Hendon is also close by and there are lots of shops including the Brent Cross shopping centre with 120 shops within walking distance of the house.
