A yoga class runs every Tuesday between 12.30-1.30pm in room 122 of the Sir Alexander Fleming Building. The instructor is Ailon Freedman, the founder of the ’Lotus Exchange’. A new session is due to begin and we are looking for new recruits. If you have never done yoga before but would like to learn then that is OK as the classes accommodate all levels and ages. The new session shall run from:
Tuesday 10th January 2012 – Tuesday 28th February 2012 (8 classes: £7 x 8 = £56).
The classes cost £7 each but you have to sign up for the complete session (i.e. £56.00 for the coming session). If you would like to participate then please make cheques payable to : ‘A.
