A fourth housemate is wanted to form a house share in the Kensal Rise area. You would be sharing with an Imperial staff member and two software engineers, two male and one female, all mid-20s. We will be looking for places with a budget of around £600pcm each and a minimum 6 month contract.
Kensal Rise station is on the overground with the Bakerloo line in easy walking distance, and has good bus links into London, including South Kensington, Hammersmith and St Mary’s campuses. This could be ideal for anyone looking for a house share, who would like to help choose the house.
