A traditional two-bedroom cottage which sleeps four in two bedrooms.

With a terraced garden the cottage is situated in a pretty pedestrian cul de sac in a quiet location just behing the main street of  Fowey, and within a couple of minutes of the quay and waterfront.

The location makes an ideal retreat from which to visit the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens at Heligan, walk, sail or just enjoy the delights of this pretty and historic town with its fine restaurants, shops, and galleries. Or just relax in the garden with a book; there are many interesting books on Fowey and Cornwall in the bookcases.

Fully equipped with gas central heating, the cost is inclusive of everything including linen.

The cottage can be rented on a daily (minimum 2 nights) or weekly basis and is available through out the year. We cater to individual dates and are very happy to book mid week.

The Cottage Accomodation
Downstairs – Lounge/dinning room with fully-equipped Kitchen (incl. fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/hob and washing machine). 1 decent size double bedroom with substantial ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. Double-glazed and brand new central heating throughout. Bed linen provided.
It has a rear private garden which is a sun-trap in good weather and has dramatic rural views in all weathers.
As the property has recently been refurbished, a ‘good house-keeping deposit’ of £100 required at time of booking, refunded at the end of the holiday pending inspection.

The Cottage Location
The village of Waunfawr has a pub/hotel, take-away, riding stables, world class climbing centre and is home to the narrow gauge Welsh Highland Railway which runs from Caernarfon to Beddgelert.
The beaches at Dinas Dinlle and Anglesey are easily accessible, as are several Castles. The start of the Ranger path to Snowdon itself is only a couple of miles away. The cottage is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, walkers and climbers.
