Hey guyyys!!!

OMG I have mixed emotions right now! Joy + Frustation. LEt me explain myself.

Joy: I’m on holidays! No more coursework, for a short period of time. Sleep, Sleep and again some more sleep.  Christmas break, so i’m very excited. My first Xmas + NYE in London, it is going to be EPIC.

Frustration: I had done soooo many videos in other to make an amazing video to sum up my Autumn term at Imperial. But then … a few days ago my HARD DRIVE DIED ON ME. I lost everything… Well nearly everything, cuz I had some in my phone. All my files, music, pictures.. Everything GONE.

SANTA IF YOU READ ME (and I know you do) . I’ve been good this year. HELP!

But I still managed to retrieve few pictures and videos I had on my phone to do a little video. A bit of a summary of my 1st term at Imperial.

Conclusion: Sleepless nights, Frustration, Hard work but still loads of fun, laughter and new friendships.

It’s not perfect, but i’m still learning.

Till Next time!

Guys,

I just broke my personal library record and I want the world to know this. Lol

Talk about dedication, especially when you have classes the next day.

Hardwork will hopefully pay off ! But I am exhausted now :/

And oh!!! I am very happy and excited to see that people are actually emailing me for infos about Imperial and life in london.
It is always a pleasure to help so keep the emails coming and I will try my best to help you.

Hey guyyyys

I am having a big dilemma at the moment, which is whether I should look for a part time job or not. There are sooo many wonderful things to buy in London and since I want to buy them all , I want to find a job. BUT ..the MSc is very demanding and I am scared of not being able to work and study efficiently. This is why if you could share your experience with me. Master or not? Have you ever worked and studied at the same time? If yes did it affect your studies?grades? How did you cope?

Please send me an email at keoublog@gmail.com or just post it as a comment.

Many thanks in advance!!!

Hey guuuuyyyys !!!

I did though keeping a blog was easy but it’s not!!

My week has been hectic! but something very exciting!!!  I attended an event advertised by our career website today- It was just incredible. It was an event hosted by Commerzbank – IF YOU DON’T KNOW YOU BETTER GOOGLE IT – ( That’s what I did) lol and it was just an Insight in the company for a day. I had the chance to visit a Trader’s floor and have a glance at the HOT traders!! lol – On a more serious note, this is the kind of events advertised by the university and I cannot recommend them enough. You get to talk to managers, HR, people that actually work in the company, and not just a website. I went there not knowing the company and at the end of the day I just wanted to work there!!

If you get into imperial, keep checking the career’s website, subscribe to weekly updates, try got get the most out of it because they are very helpful and you can feel that they are there FOR us. They give you very useful tips.

If you would like to know more about it: Feel free to email me people!!

Also, very random –  When I moved to london I was impressed by the huge number of STEAK HOUSES!! I tried one with my mum a few days ago and check out the RIBS!! Humongous!!! Very yummy though!

Ribs: 1- Mum : 0  —-> She couldn’t finish all of it!! So I had to jump in Mwahaha

And a little picture of me : you can see the Imperial Jumper – I look a bit retarded with my glass of water!

PS: DO NOT FORGET TODAY IS WORLD AIDS DAY, RED RIBBONS PLEASE.
