So, I’ve got a blog! It’s even got my forehead on it.

What it’s about? Well, I’ve been given this blog by the college to blog about anything I like. The idea is it’s largely for anyone that wants to know about life at Imperial (prospective students for example) but I’ll probably blog other thoughts and things too. Hopefully the “Categories” to the right of the page should help you find the sort of things you’re interested in.

I’m pretty much completely at liberty to say what I like. This blog isn’t censored by anyone and I’m not under any sort of contract to only say nice things about the college (in fact, I’m under no sort of contract. This blog is being written voluntarily!). This isn’t an advertisement, it’s just what I think. Hopefully the blog should give you some idea about what life here is really like.

Lets start with something general: Overall this place is pretty awesome and I’m fortunate to be here. I’m in central London! I’m studying amongst some of the brightest minds on the planet. I’m doing what’s a mostly well thought out, taught and structured degree course. I remember hearing alot about the downsides of Imperial before I came here and of course there are some, like there are at any institution. But overall it’s a great place to be with a lot of wonderful upsides.

I’ll probably expand on that in time.
