International students on average pay 21000 pounds for their education. The total cost of studying in UK increases upon the addition of accommodation cost, which could range from 5000 to 7000 pound. In total, approximately 30000 pound is spent on education by international students.
Students spend 9 months or 270 days studying in UK. This is approximately 300 days. If we were too divide the total cost by the total number of studying days, it would be approximately 100 pounds a day. If an international student were to not spend his day wisely, he would be wasting 100 pound a day. That is 50 normal sandwich from JCR deli bar and 13 meals from Eastside Bar. Can we afford to waste our day considering these costs? I highly doubt so.
Note that the cost of living has not been included to this calculation…
