9 weeks have passed since I first came here~

The initial enthusiasm for everything has gone gradually~

The longer I stay here, the lazier I find I become, which I believe is the very nature of human beings:

I start to get used to all the beautiful scenes around me and could no longer find the excitement when I first saw it~

I lose the great passion to take a tour around London and make my heavy work as an excuse for it~

I am not comfortable with all the laziness in my life now and I desperately need some changes~

The first thing I did for a change was that I went to a board games night held in Clayponds with Poppy this Wednesday, which I never went before~ It was a great occasion to make friends and communicate with others~

There, I met three roommates of one of my friend Xue and played games with them. That was my first time to play cluedo a detective game and a domino games~ I really had a great fun playing with them.

It always goes that new starters are always lucky in games and I am some kind of a winner at that night’s games~ Then, after going back to dorm, I spent three hours chatting with my friends, which was the main reason I slept so late that night.

By the way, my body clock always keeps me getting up early in the morning and sleeping early in the evening, which I think is a healthy way of living. However, I had to stay up so late these days to do my project or homework and this is totally fresh for me. Due to the heavy load of work, my body clock is somewhat disturbed.

Nevertheless,  I’d like to keep my work efficient from now on and try ot become a good time manager, which will hopefully keep my usual time clock~

I always believe opportunities will find people who are well prepared for the challenge~

For a change, I made a serious appointment with myself and gave the highest priority to this Friday~ I wished to fulfill the plan I made the first day when I got here, which was to make a tour to the British museum.  But unfortunately, I kept delaying it all the time~

And now, I had to make it and proved something to myself~

It seems things always go wrong and opposite to what you hope. I found there was something wrong with my debt card and I had to check it in China town and I started to wonder if I should cancel my plan.

Fortunately, after a throughout consideration, I decided to stick to my plan~

Therefore, I spent a whole day travelling around central London by bus~ It was really chilly outside, but I feel so excited inside~ I began to gain back my passion to this city and I felt alive again`  It was really a cool feeling when you travelled in a foreign country all by yourself~

What’s more, I went to a supermarket located in China town and bought a lot of Chinese food. They were so delicious, especially the instant noodles~

I put a lot of vegetables and an egg in when I cooked the instant noodles, so tasteful, though bad for my health~

After a busy weekend, I make up my mind to study hard and do not want to disappoint my parents and dear friends in any way~

This weekend, I went shopping to buy a small birthday present for my friend and here I wish her a happy birthday and happy everyday~

PS: The photo below was taken somewhere near Hyde Park and I quite love it for its creativity~

Obviously, this week is the busiest one since I came to London~

I have tons of homework to finish during these two weeks, let alone two pass/fail exams next Monday and Tuesday~

Hopefully, I have fully prepared myself for these two exams and wish to get passed for the first try.

After dinner tonight, I had a little rest, watching the movie of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince online, though I always preferred to watch it in a super cinema.

I had read the seven series of Harry Potter before, which are among my favorites. Undeniably, books can be much better than movies shot. I enjoy the fun of reading and imagine magical plots in my mind. However, movies seem to be constrained by many factors such as time limit and resources.

Talk about series, I have to mention ‘How I met your mother’, witch I saw this week, my favorite characters: Robin and Barney finally broke up, which really made me sad. I wish the editors could make them get back together in the end, for they are really a perfect couple and audience like me want them together.

Then, back to reality, I’ve got very good news that one of my cousins will get married this November.

Actually, in the first place, all the relatives were strongly against their relationship and they have gone through a lot to finally gain everyone’s recognition.

Sincerely wish them a happy marriage. Pitifully, I can not attend their wedding~

Besides, this week, we’ve got a professor from China teaches us Corporate Finance. It feels great to meet someone from your own country.

Before I came here, I always heard how bad the weather is in London, but luckily it had been fine since I came here.

However, there are really too much rain and wind these days. The weather seems really awful to me now.

It’s time for me to continue my study~

Keep reading my blogs~

PS: We should treasure our lives, for you never know what will happen next~
