Your blog post reminds me of how stressful I sometimes find londons buses! Especially if they are that busy and you are stuck in masses of traffic to go what would normally be a 20 min journey! I hate the buses that seem to be balanced to the left side so you end up sitting on a bit of a slope! Night buses are usually good because the roads are empty enough to accommodate faster speeds.

Who won the Egg Race?? It sounded fun!

I've been wondering why the local streets have been so densely packed with parents shepherding their brood into the Natural History Museum. I hoped it might be because parents understand the importance of teaching their children about Darwin, natural selection, and Natural History, or on the other hand, it might just be because of Fashion Week. And now the Brit Awards too, eh.

Still, common sense tells me it's futile... last time I went into the museum, it was full of harassed mothers repeatedly saying things like 'Look at the plaque- you have to read the information-" while little Tommy is only interested in glancing at the dinosaur skeletons, then whacking buttons on plastic display cases and yanking interactive handles as hard as he can.

There's always cycling. That can get you home late at night too ^_^

I have to disagree Anas, buses can be very useful - especially late at night! If you can make it to Tottenham Court Road, you can get home to most of London, even at 4am!
