SME - Smoothing splines mixed effect models

We provide an R script for fitting the SME model, calculating the (unmoderated) functional t-statistic, and, given a list of functional t-statistics, calculating the moderated functional t-statistic. The example data provided here is an NMR peak from one of the simulated data sets described in the article.
